"I'm looking for information regarding the people involved in HOM, probably during the 80's. There is a rumor that someone very involved with HOM was arrested and hung himself in his cell.

This is the sum of the information that I have heard at this point. If anyone knows anything or can direct me to sources that can give me information, it would be much appreciated.

Or any information regarding prosecution of purveyors of BDSM in which the person prosecuted received jail time, was bankrupted, etc, simply for providing the material (books, magazines, CD's) to a paying clientele.
Or if such a person was prosecuted on battery charges, etc that were related to the consensual production of the material.
